Printer rights for users with Limited access rights

For Windows XP Home Edition

On my home PC users whose access rights are set as Limited can not use the
local USB printer. When their access rights are changed to Admin they can use
the printer.

I want to keep the user rights as Limited but allow printer use. Is there
some config I need to change.

Hi,

Yes, restart in Safe mode, logon as administrator. Open Windows Explorer and
locate this folder:

C:\Windows\system32\spool\drivers

Right click it, selct properties. On the security tab locate the everyone
permissions, make sure it is set to "read and execute".

Followed instructions but "read and execute" was already checked.

Note the documents appears in the printer window, the printer light flashes
but does not print. When Limited user is chanegd to 'Admin' they can print as
expected.

Any other config to check.

In addition, I have not tried to set up anything special on this machine
only addition family users thorough the usual way. What is the normal process
for allowing another user on the same PC rights to use the printer.
