print spooler

Recent uninstalling of a printer wiped out completely any
or all printers previously installed. Currently, clicking
on Add a Printer results in message "OPERATION COULD NOT
BE COMPLETED".

What's up with this?

The Print Spooler isn't running.

From the command prompt, type

net start spooler
