Print final showing markup, many unwanted pages are printed.

When printing a doc showing changes, I constantly get many extra, unwanted
pages after the doc showing each reviewer's name, comments, etc.

Isn't there a simple way to avoid this waste of paper?

If you're printing "Document with markup" and not using balloons, this is
what you get.
