True, 1995 was a vintage year, wouldn't mind finding an iso for
it, either ;)

1995?

Oooh-ER! My bad. 2005, of course. (What's wrong with trying to shave
ten years off one's age? :) )

Raiding the Z-80 archives, are we?

Z80 is more like 80's, AFAIK... late 80's and 90's are more like:

- Motorola 68000 and PowerPC (both used by Apple computers and others.
IBM?)
- 386/486

Well errrrrr. . . you shaved 10 years off your *memory* too. Of all the
things I lost I miss my mind the most? ;)

re the PL2005 CD - Mark S. was going to organize the program downloads.
He didn't respond in the last thread and hasn't posted in acf since the
beginning of November - we may need a new volunteer(s) for the
downloading. As far as my part of the work goes - there are a number of
things that need to be finished. I'll put together a list/status report
in a day or two and post it.

We are well behind the timetable in the wiki - I confess that around
mid-December I decided to let this slide until the new year - and now
here we are. . . time to get busy.

So, how, exactly, did you confuse 1995 with 2005?
What a ****ing moron you are.

"Adults are obsolete children."?
God Damn, fool, such a stupid thing to set as a quote. >:p

You are, of course, so pluperfect that you have never mistyped anything.
Yeah, right!

Adulthood is obviously something you can only aspire to in the distant
future. Don't hold your breath ... on second thoughts, DO hold your

It's about time somebody perfected time travel, is all I can say :)

Contact the BBC, Mike - when did the Dr Who series first go to air?
You might be able to buy a good used Tardis. :))

Eek. Wasn't that around 1960 or there abouts?

Just finding a *working* telephone booth around these parts would be a
novelty :)

Not sure - somewhere around there, I think. Anyway, farther back in
history than I want to think about :( I can remember both Tom Baker and
Jon Pertwee playing the Doctor.

Indeed. We have that particular problem on this side of the ditch, too.

Pluperfect is a stupid word, I suppose that's why *you* used it.
