Preview view problem unresolved

I asked this question last week and got some replies but I still cannot resolve my problem. I created my site with FP 2000. Two weeks ago I got the Upgrade version of FP 2003 and installed it. My site functions in the Design view and in the Preview in Browser, but in the Preview view the internal links don't work. I can't navigate from page to page in Preview even though my site looks perfect in this view.

There are no broken hyperlinks or no unlinked pages in my site. When I put the cursor over a link in Preview I see "file:\\\c:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\HRI. Does this indicate something I've done wrong? I've never see "file:\\\" before in my FP 2000.

When one goes to the Preview view in 2003, are the links supposed to work? They certainly did in FP 2000.

Tell me of a button I can push or a prayer I can say to solve my problem. Or should I just give up.

There is a link to the Microsoft KB article that explains this and how to fix
it, and also a download you can run on your machine to fix the problem here:

In the top part of the page.

Yes since it was a "fix" to IE that broke FP Preview (all versions)

| Your reply got right to the heart of my problem - the description and the fix. But the article and the fix applies to the 2002
upgrade version of FrontPage. Is the fix also applicable to the 2003 version? I don't want to have problems going into the registry.

Yes. I need to update the page to include 2003.
