Prevent Ping response

How can I prevent my system from responding to ping requests? I have McAfee
Firewall v4.02.6000.0 running along side Microsoft ICF SP2. I am using a
SpeedTouch 330 External USB broadband modem. My general System Specs are
below

For the windows firewall you cant control how it responds to ICMP under the
Adcvanced-tab and the settings button under ICMP. As for the McAffe firewall
I dont know... I am however fairly certain you can block incoming ping
request.
