Preparing to install

I am the amin, with 4 other limited users on this desk top. If them open any
program the Windows box pops up and is "Preparing to install".

Several months ago I installed Office 2003. This is when the issue started.
It dose not happen to the admin. If I give one admin rights it will not
happen.

let it finish. and provide the windows server 2003 cd so that it can install
files.
