Preparing to Install

Anytime I start up any Microsoft Office program or Visual
Stuido I get a "Preparing to Install" dialog box and then
it installs something.

This happens every time I start up one of the programs.
If I cancel the install the program still works fine.

Anyone know why this is occuring?

mines done the same thing, and very shortly after that

my system decided to crash and wipe my hard drive. i
stronglt advide creating a system restore point or saving
all important files onto a disk just in case, or unistall
office and the re-install it
