PP2003 Org chart problem

Ok, I've searched, and I haven't found an answer.

I get this error when I try to edit ONE of the slides in our Org chart.
"The Microsoft Organization Chart server application can't be found.
Contact your system adminstrator to install this server application"

I have been here "http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00236.htm" and it has
not solved the issue.

I have installed msoc2.exe from the KB article and this has not solved the
issue.

Any ideas?
