Can't open Org Chart created in PowerPoint2000, with new PP2003.

I need to edit a big organization chart that was created on PowerPoint 2000.
I now have PowerPoint 2003.

I can open the old org chart, but cannot edit it. I'm getting an error
message "The Microsoft Organization Chart server application can't be found."
Does anyone know if there's a download that will enable me to convert the
older version org chart to the latest format with 2003? Thanks very much!
