PowerPoint should let me print notes on 3 x 5 Index cards

When you print notes pages, if you don't need the pictures of the slides, or
don't want to cut the text out of 8 1/2 by 11 pages down to note cards, you
should be able just print the text notes onto index cards.

This is a very interesting idea. How would you print to 3 x 5 cards? Peel
off labels or cut the paper into 3x5 cards?
