PowerPoint print outline select font and point size

I receive many PowerPoint presentations and people use different fonts and
sizes. I print in outline but depending on how many lines of text there are
on a slide the type changes from big to small this makes it very difficult to
read. I would like to be able to specify a font and point size during print
outline. The type would be the same font and point size for the entire
outline. I do not wish to change the PowerPoint presentation only the printout

Hi Paul,

Quick question. What about text not in placeholders? If you are OK not
including it, why not ...

{In PowerPoint}
1) Open the presentation
2) Click on File => Send to => MS Word
3) Select outline
4) click ok

{In Word}
5) Hit 'Ctl' + A to select all the text
6) Click on View => Outline
7) Adjust the font & size to suit

This will leave the original presentation alone (no changes), allow for the
easy reading of the outline, and quickly get the results you seem to be
seeking with out additional code. However, doing this (or for that matter,
just viewing the outline in PowerPoint) does not include text that is not in
placeholders.
