New printing/saving feature

I lecture--a lot.
I have a lot of notes but printing out the "notepages" takes up a bzillion
sheets of paper.

Could there be a feature where you can print out the notes in outline form
(currently, printing "outline" will give you what's on the slides)? Or
perhaps a feature where you can print out the notes in a handout form where
there are 3 slides on one side and notes on the other side (though space
would be quite limited and font would have to be fairly small)?

You can do the latter:

File > Send to > Microsoft Office Word
Select the desired option

Bill Dilworth has a PPT add-in which I am guessing you will find very
useful. It is called Slide Into Word. It allows you to decide how big the
slide miniatures will be and then puts your notes next to the slides. You
might think of it as an even better Send to Word (Sandy's suggestion). More
