Power Options Config

Is there a way to set the power options - advanced - Power buttons. I want to
be able to set the option of "When I close the lid of my portable computer"
to Do Nothing and also the option "When I press the sleep button on my
computer:" to Do Nothing. Is there a way to set it with powercfg.exe or by
the command lines anyway. If not is there some other way to change it by
registry key or something that won't require a user to go into power options
manually and change it themselves.
