Advanced Power Options

Is there a script, command line, or registry setting to change the advanced
power option setting "When I close the lid on my portable computer"? I know
how to use powercfg.exe and if there is a command line using that, I can't
find it.

Have you looked in the Power Options applet in the Control Panel?
That's where it is on my laptop.
