possible hijacker and other issues

Please help! I have found on my P.C. "Securybanks Phising Trojan" and
removed it twice. I have 35 processes running on my computer and when I try
to close them, they come back. Many of these I have no idea what or why
they are running. I also have issues with the Owner user account. I have
Windows XP Professional, NAV 2004, Ad-Adware SE Personal, the most updated
version, and Webroot Spy Sweeper, the most updated version. Anyone who can
help, it would be greatly appreciated.
