Please re-install SYSTEM.DRV; How?

Everytime I log onto my Win XP Home, an error message shows up

NTVDM KERNEL: Missing 16-bit system modul

Please re-install the following module to your system32 directory
SYSTEM.DR

How do I do this?

Start > Run and, in the box: MSCONFIG

The System Configuration Utility should open, select the Expand File...
button and fill in the boxes.
