Please Help

There's this new virus on aim, and on the mcafee support
site, it links to a certain patch that you can download
to prevent it. This worm spreads via AOL Instant
Messenger and (MS03-040) unpatched Internet Explorer
browsers.

I am trying to patch my system with the patch (Cumulative
Patch for Internet Explorer (828750)

750/download.asp (choosing the 'english' option on the
right hand side takes you to where the downloads are)


But none of them will work on my system. I checked what
version of IE I have, and it says internet explorer 6.0
xpsp2. But there is no download for that - does this mean
my system is not vulnerable or is there something else i
need to do?
