Heya,
I've just started studying this area and we had been playing with the
security benefits of usergroups and the like. When i went to do it at home,i
realize soon that the copy of windows i have does'nt access the options i
need.Is there a liscenced patch or something that can unlock this feature on
XP home?

No. You would need to upgrade to XP Pro.
