please help/ i386 can not find files

Hi all, last week i pick up a virus on my xp'pro, so when i got rid of
infection i decided to reinstall windows but as soon as it was halfway tru'
it read cant find file " icwconn1.ex_" so i tried to keep going then it
happen agian at lease 30 times, here are the files i was missing:

other links suggest it could be bad media (scratched CD), bad CD Rom, etc
