please help get rid of this for good

How do I get rid of allaboutsearch and spotresults and adblank? No matter what I do they keep coming back. I got mozilla because I read that it would not let these in but I think it just transferred them from IE. Do I just need to junk this computer. I have norton internet security 2004.
