thanks JanC, I just noticed the only thing that loads on their front page
is F3PN ? in the IE title bar, did a search on F3PN, and found they were
hackers who had deface a few sites.. thats why I thought it was defaced
by them.

Description:
Madotate lets you add a new button to the left of the minimize button of
each open window, allowing you to flip a window up with its lower half
receding into the distance. Thus, you can store your windows flattened near
the top or the bottom or either side of the screen like stacked window
panes, each with its own title tab. The program runs as a convenient icon
in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.

Comment:
Puts autoarrange and cascade windows to shame so far as utility is
concerned and looks way cool besides :)

Small, freeware, full-featured scheduler, that can launch applications
and open documents at specified time or with specified frequency. nnCron
LITE can be started as a system service or as a regular standalone
application. This is a UNIX Cron/Anacron ported to Windows. It is not
resource demanding, and it can run even on very older PCs without any
noticeable performance degradation. We have never seen it's service to
allocate more than 150k of operative memory.

I noticed that I did nominate JB Cat but I do not see it in the
nominations list, is this because the authors link is down at the
moment. His domain is still there just no index page, so it should be
back soon as it was so recently ago, and the author is still working on
the program. for those interest though heres the info about it:

When doing my initial nomination post for this software, in being
most concerned about best pimping it up, I went for a list format
of its features. I realize that the format looks terribly awful when
compressed to a paragraph, as seen on the PL web page. So here is
a revision, which I hope will be accepted, although I'm pretty tardy
to get to it.

You might notice that I changed the URL. Both URLs - the one given
initially, or the one above - they come out with the same result.
It's this new URL I slightly prefer, as it's shorter, and less
odd-looking, compared to <members.aol.com/_ht_a/bguzner/software/>.
