Pinter Properties

Im running windows XP sp2 it seems that when you select a printer and try and
run properties nothing happens nothing ever shows. and when I select
Printing Preferences I receive a windows error message Operation could not be
completed.. Dont know what changed but printer Preferences does not work.
If anyone know a solution please let me know

You could try uninstalling, reinstalling the print driver (or updated
version). You could try reinstalling the software from the CD that came
with the printer.

Andrew thanks for the response....I tried what you suggested but it still
didnt work. Like i said before when I try and view properties on ANY printer
nothing opens and when I try and r-click on any printer and try the printing
preferences option I receive a windows error message "Operation could not be
completed"
Im running windows XP sp2 and its not just one printer its happening to all
the printers I have about 5 of them.. Im thinking it might be registery
issue with something that may have been turned off, Just a guess but set
default, rename, deleate work, thanks for any help you might be able to give
