ANYONE WHO CAN HELP

I WAS IN MY PICTURES FOLDER, my daughter hit a bunch of
buttons on the keyboard. After that, the names of the
files dissapeared, the files are still there but no
names . Also, everytime I click to open a file, the
computer selects all the files before the file I clicked.
So it opens everything. How can I fix it?

Have you checked for 'Undo' on the 'Edit' menu (greyed out if not
available)?
Very wierd situation (mind boggling) !
Hows about when you close the folder and reopen
Or, what about a reboot.
Or you might well try a 'System Restore' to time before event. If you don't
know about 'System Restore' then type it in to 'Help and Support'.

C.Joseph Drayton appears to have solved the second problem !

Of the first problem (no filenames) is it possible that the filename column
has been reduced to nothing?
Put another way, is thiere a column with a title 'Name' ?

If no column called 'Name' then;
Hover the cursor over the left of the column until the special cursor for
moveing the column shows, drag right.

Or 'View' menu / 'Choose details...' / click on 'Name' / in box (column
width) make sure it's at least 150 (PS make sure the tick is by 'Name', in
fact the problem may be that it was unticked))

Click OK, hopefully solved
