Files in 'My pictures' folder with no name!

Hello,
There is always a problem with my profile(account)in Windows xp Pro.And it's
always related to the appearance of files and folders.
This time,as the subject says,I have a problem with files and folders in 'My
pictures' folder regarding that there is no name for those
files/folders.Only when I try to rename those,the names appear temporarily
until I finish renaming.It's marvelous that the problem only pertains to 'my
pictures' itself and not any subfolders!More surprisingly...the case only
occurs in 'My pictures' folder of directly opened 'My documents'(on the
Start menu,Desktop...etc) and not the one that would be accessed through
'Windows Explorer'(C:\Documents and settings\your profile name\My
Documents\My Pictures).
I guess it would be the best solution to delete my profile and create
another one again.But I don't want that troublesome process.

Thumbnail view of folder shows pictures in the folder but NO file names.

Start in List or Details view. Now while holding down the shift key select the view for
either thumbnails or filmstrip to turn on name display (or if the name was already
displayed, turn off the name display).
or
Right click the folder and then while holding down the shift key click on Open. The file
and folder names should now be displayed if they weren't before or if they were being
displayed, they now won't be displayed.
