EVERY TIME I AM ON A WEBPAGE AND THERE`S A PICTURE THAT
I WANT TO SAVE, WHEN I CLICK ON SAVE AS IT ONLY GIVES ME
TWO FORMATS WHICH I CAN SAVE IN ( ART FORMAT & BMP
FORMAT) WHY IS THIS AS I WANT TO SAVE AS A JPEG FORMAT.

If this just started, when was last time you emptied your Temporary Internet
Files folder"
In Internet Explorer, go to Tools>Internet Options... and in the dialog box
click on "Delete Files..." button in "Temporary Internet Files" section.
