Picture display problem

On a lot of sites (e bay, for instance), the small pictures that would
normally be displayed do not show up. Instead, there is the white box with
the red X. Larger pictures "seem" ok as far as I know. I think this started
right after installing Quicktime, but I'm not sure. I definetelly did not
change any settings within IE.

Thanks for any help/advise, Todd Mcd

Thanks for the info, somehow a setting got changed in Zone Alarm. After
going back to default settings, problem is gone.
Apparently they were not pictures after all. The red X boxes are now gone,
but nothing shows in their place. When they were present, the properties
showed them as being "bug.cgi". Is this some sort of hidden ad? Should I be
concerned?

Thanks again, Todd Mcd
