First of all, sorry if I'm not using correct 'terminology'!

When I first started using FrontPage a few years ago, I remember being able
to upload a couple pictures so that they would automatically transition one
from another. I can't remember how I did that, nor am I able to find that
option.

Secondly, if it is still possible to do this, can you assign each of those
pics a specific hyperlink?

You probably used the Java Banner Ad Manager, which should be avoided
since it requires all users to have Java virtual machine installed and
running. The option has been removed from the default menus in FrontPage
2003.

The above link creates an image and when the user clicks on it, she is taken
to a different location!
