Photo Story cd fine in computer but hiccups on DVD player

I used Plus! Digital Media Edition to create a Photo Story high video/audiio quality cd. It plays perfectly well in the computer. However, on my DVD player it has a couple of hiccups where the audio is silent and the video is pixelated. It lasts only a second and continues playing well...until the next hiccup. I have burned many cd's first turning off all other programs, however I have been unable to produce a cd which plays perfectly on my DVD player. The hiccups are in different locations on each burn...they are usually two hiccups per cd. Any suggestions?
