I am getting an error 1304 Error printing to file (lists directory) Verify
you have access to that directory.

Does anyone know how I can very the directory to complete the installation?
The file is the "my music" file under the "all users" directory. The file
exists and doesn't allow me to modify it or delete it.

Thanks.

I'm guessing you are the administrator.

Did you try to install PhotoStory 3 from
the net or did you download the complete
file to your hard drive before installing?
(It's best if you download the file before
you install)

If you want to take the time to read the
following thread you might find something

Sorry...that's all I have on the subject.

I downloaded the MS Photo Story 3 a number of times and then did the normal
MS authentication and started the installation process.

At one point it always stops and when I tried it even in Safe Mode it said
:"The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation".

I am the only user of the hoe desktop computer and cannot imagine what they
mean, since no Help screen is available to fix this.

How do I successfully install Photo story?
