Photo Story Error 1317 - error creating directory

I used the fix described for the 1304 error, and reinstalled PS3. A new
error message appeared: Error 1317. error occured while attempting to create
the directory "c:\documents and settings\all users\documents". In XP this
and other subdirectories already exist, and do not need to be created again.
The "documents" folder is already setup as a shared directory.
