Error 1317

I was trying to install my Plus!Digital Media Edition but
half way trhough a window come up and says:

Error 1317: An error occured while attempting to create
the directory C:\Documents and Settings\All
Users\Documents\My Music

What I've tried doing is actually looking for the file
that it says and founded and i think that it cant create
a directory that already exists so i tried deleating the
already existing My Music folder in ....\All
Users\Documents but it doesnt let me because it says that
access is denied... I will greatly appreaciate any
solutions to this problem. THankz

Symptom: Installing Windows yields the Windows Installer error: "Error 1303. The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory: Directory. The installation cannot continue. Log on as administrator or contact your system administrator."

Cause: Insufficient permissions on the My Music directory to which you're installing.

byte, Thanks for your help. I have one question only. How
can i solve this and i'm logged on as a Admistrator since
i only have one account on my computer so i dont know why
it wont let me...
