Error 1317

I am trying to install Adobe Acrobat 6.0 (again after uninstalled it). Now i
get this command: "Error 1317: Cannot create folder: 'C:\Documents and
Settings\All users\Documents\Adobe PDF 6.0' . I do not know what is
happening. The funny thing is that i try to open the 'C:\Documents and
Settings\All users\Documents\ and it does not give me access it says: 'Acces
is denied'.

Any idea on what is happening to my laptop?
