Error 1303

I am installing Acrobat Professional 6.0 and always get an error message that
reads: “The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Adobe PDF 6.0. The installation
can not continue. Log on as an administrator or contact your system
administrator.â€

My account belongs to the administrator group; I even logged on as the
Administrator and gave me the same problem. I tried to install it in another
location but had the same error.

It looks like that specific folder is locked for some reason.

Any help is appreciate it.
