Photo CD won't open

I had film developed from a digital camera with pictures and a CD. When I put the CD in the CD
Rom, it gives me the following error message

Director Player Erro
Handler not define
#ekx-CustomProjector Titl
Script Error. Continue
Yes N

Can anyone please help me
