Personal Folders Back Up won't Instal

Had pfbackup working but recently had my pc re-imaged. Try to instal
pfbackup.exe but a Windows Installer window appears saying "The installation
source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and
that you can access it."
I suspect that files required are either missing or in the wrong location.
Can anyone tell me what files are required and where they should be located.

OS is Windows 2000 fully updated with Outlook 2002 fully updated.

Added outbak.dll to ProgramFiles\Microsoft Office\Office10\AddIns but the
problem has not been fixed.

Try this: In Outlook, click Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>COM
Add-Ins>Add. Browse to the outbak.dll file, select it, and click OK.

Have carried out your suggestion but when installing pfbackup.exe the same
problem exists.

I have noticed that in Outlook under File that the backup buttom is
displayed and when clicked I am able to bring backed up folders back into
Outlook but when trying to backup folders the system goes through the process
until the "save backup" button is clicked when a window appears saying "Could
not load Backappl.exe Backup failed".

Is there anything else I can try. Thanks.

Backappl.exe should be in %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office10. Is it?

Backappl.exe was not in Office10 folder but I have added to the folder.
Reinstalled pfbackup.exe but same result as my original post.
Tried to back up but same result as my second post.
