Personal folder - unable to display the folder

I am using Outlook 2002. I have set up a personal folder with sub
directories. When I drag and drop emails from my in box (or from anywhere
else) directly into the personal folder I am unable to view the emails again,
however I can see them if copied into the sub folders.

When I click on Customise Outlook Today I get the following....
"Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the
specified folder location. "
Please can you hold me find my emails....Thanks!

What is the size of your pst-file reported in Explorer?

You cannot just drag mail to the main Personal Folder--it's not a storage
folder. You must put it in one of the folders below the Main Personal
Folder--either an existing one or one you created.

Thanks for getting back. I have 4 files. archive.pst at 65000kb;
outlook.pst at 53000kb, and then 2 email .pst files, 61000kb and a tiny 54kb
file.
