unable to display the folder in the in box

this message is displayed in microsoft office outlook in the in box and
drafts (unable to display the folder )the onley way to read my emails is to
copy the in box folder

Start with scanning your pst-file for errors with scanpst.exe

If that comes up clean and you still have this issue, reset your views by
starting Outlook with the /cleanviews switch;
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /cleanviews

If you are still unsuccessful after that, then you'll have to provide more
configuration details for us to work with. Post at least your version of
Outlook and which mail account type you are using.
