Is the Guest account enabled on your XP Pro machine?

From article: "Description of the Guest account in Windows XP"
<http://support.microsoft.com/kb/300489/en-us>

"...By default, the Guest account is disabled in Windows XP Home
Edition and in Windows XP Professional."
[snip]
"...By default, on computers that are running Windows XP
Professional and that have not joined to a domain, all incoming
network connections are forced to use the Guest account."

I have now enabled the Guest account on both PC's. I still have the same
situation.

\\OurGame detects itself on the network but cannot detect \\OurServer under
any circumstances.

\\OurServer can detect \\OurGame but can only detect itself if a search for
servers is done. A standard "My Network Places" does not detect the server.

If you are using Windows Firewall, go to the Control Panel, Windows
Firewall, Exceptions Tab, and make sure File and Printer Sharing is
checked. If you are using another firewall product, check for similar.

John
