Windows XP Home & Peer-to-Peer

I have 2 Windows XP Home PC's on a Peer-to-Peer network. I have run the
setup Small office wizard. I have added both PC's to the same workgroup.
The problem is that I cannot see both PC's when I go to network places. I
only see 1 PC. On the 2nd PC, I get the message that the network is not
available. I need to make the 2 PC's share files. What am I overlooking ?
I have added the 2 uses to each PC, I have shared the drives.

Yours is a common scenario, with several possible causes.
