Yes Have Used Pc Specialist Before, Dont Bother, Tower Came With Leads Which Had Not Been Connected, Software Problems And An Operating System That Didnt Work, All For Nearly £900 I Have Had The System For 2 Weeks Now And Still Not Working, Suggest You Try Elsewhere..

Fresh thread would have been better here but whatever, I'll bite.

I've bought several things from them in the last few years and they've been good.

Around five years ago, as I recall, I rma'ed a faulty scanner with them with no problems.

And you can talk to them on the phone.

Prices aren't the most competitive, they're more of an Office Supplier than computer specialist, but service and delivery is good.

I had a i7 960 Built by then

Haff 922 case, i7 960 (3.33) processor, 6 gig ram, 1TB hardrive, nvidia 1 gig 250 gtx graphics card with windows 7 64 bit.

I ordered a custom build PC (specs above) from pcspecialist on 23rd Jan 2010, after looking at different suppliers, decided that pcspecialist was the best option due to price and having the hardware already instock.

From the first contact with pcspecialist, the procedure was painless from beginning to end. I was kept informed via email as the PC was moved to different stages of the build, was quoted that it would take a maximum of 8 days to build and deliver, overall it took 9 days due to processor not being in stock, but was notified of this.

Actually received the pc on 8th Feb due to me not stating i wanted a Saturday delivery. The PC was extremely well packaged, including foam around the motherboard inside the case, clear instructions on side of case on how to remove this. All the necessary instructions and disks where included and i even got a free game

To say i am happy with PC is an understatement, its extremely fast and does everything and more and works like a dream. Had a problem registering windows 7, contacted pcspecialist, got through to their technical support first time, and this was sorted out quickly between them and Microsoft.

I would definitely recommend pcspecialist to those who wish to purchase a custom build pc, the website is clearly set out, its easy to use and even brings up conflicts when selecting hardware. Contact and customer service is excellent and would give them a 10 out of 10
