PC WILL NOT PULL IP ADDRESS

Please help guys ! Internet went down a few days ago,and I could not
get on internet.Contacted my ISP and went through all troubleshooting
procedures w/them,but still could not connect.I then went to the local
office of ISP and got a new cable modem. Now,I can pull an IP address
on my daughters pc,but still can not get an ip address on my pc.I have
3 nic cards and I have tried all 3,rebooted
pc,modem,enabled,disabled,re-enabled nics,and my pc still will not
pull ip address. I have noticed that when I log on,on my desktop ,I
get a message that reads as follows:
Error Loading:C:\Program~1\Newdot~1\.DLL,could not be found.
This message never came up until my internet went down,now I get it
when ever I log on,but still can not pull IP address. Any help will be
greatly
appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
At first,I couldn't even get my daughters pc to connect,but I rebooted
the modem and did ipconfig /release,then renew,and it worked,but not
on mine..........................................
How can I check to see if there is a issue w/ my motherboard???????

You have malware and possibly a virus keeping you from connecting.
get a good Antivirus program and scan your machine.
