PC Constantly Re-booting

I have an XP client that intermittently reboots itself. I
have run all sorts of diagnostics and anti-virus checks
and everything appears to be OK. I've also formatted the
disk and did a fresh install but this has not cured the
problem.

I've checked the event log and the only Warning that
appears around the time it crashes is Event 11163
(DNSAPI). Have checked the Microsoft website but cannot
find a reference to this event.

Would appreciate any assistance given.
