Password setup?

Hi,
This may be a totally dumb question, but, hey, I'm an Outlook beginner!
Would really appreciate some advice! I am setting up Outlook for the first
time for the teachers at our school. I know that we can set a password for
them to be able to send and receive. However, we need more than that. Is
there a way, short of setting up a new user account on the computer, to set
a password for them to be able to open Outlook? The reason we need this is
that some of them will be checking their email on machines that the kids
use, too. Thanks in advance!

You can set up a password on the personal folder file by right clicking the
Outlook Today folder and selecting Properties and then Advanced select
Change Password. Note dont check the save password option as it wont prompt.
