I want ask about :

1. what the command and the parameters that we can execute for make the W
Windows systems switch user from command prompt ?
2. on screensaver we can set "On resume Password Protect", this is run on
Windows 2000 too, I want to know what command that we can manually execute so
it give the same effect like that screensaver setting (prompt for username
and password for logon again) and is that all process still run when that
happen ?

simply press windows key and L simultaneously to lock your system. all
processes will run in the background
