Urgently

a. when we use windows command prompt (cmd.exe), what command and parameters
that we have to type and execute to make the system switch user ?
b. on screensaver we can set "On resume Password Protect", this is run on
Windows 2000 too, I want to know what command that we can manually execute
from command prompt (cmd.exe) so it give the same effect like that
screensaver setting (prompt for username and password for logon again) and is
that all process still run when that happen ?
