Password forgotten!!

After moving and setting up the system it seems we have a major problem in
that we can't even get into windows because we can't remember the password.
We had a technician come in and reconnect everything and he was into the
computer while he was here. But after shutting it off and trying to turn it
on again the next day we get the Windows screen that asks for a password. We
have tried everything we can think of to no avail!! It won't let us do
anything except turn it off and on. We have hit every F key and combination
that we can think of. If anyone can help this computer illirterate Please
do!! and Thank you so much!
