Partial Download of Video Clip

Sorry, I am a new to video.
I have added a video to my site, http://www.k-9grooming.com/test
Only 2/3 of the video downloads automatically. Once I play what downloads,
I can then refresh the page and the complete video will download and play.

How do I correct this?

This is controlled by your media player, not a FP related issue.
