Pan & Zoom In - PPT 03

I have a streetscape image, wider than the slide. I want to pan left and
zoom in to a point of interest. I'm able to move the image right to create
the pan effect left, but I can't figure out the zoom. Any suggestions? The
grow effect without the shrink might work but they appear inseparable.

Couple of options:

1) Use the emphases animation of grow/shrink set to 200% and uncheck the
auto reverse.

2) Use the zoom add-in tool by Chirag
