Packaging presentation - not successful-please help

I'm trying to package a presentation to save to CD in order to share the
presentation with clients. As I go through the motions, it asks if I want to
add PowerPoint viewer. It will not let me select this option, even though I
have PowerPoint viewer already downloaded on my computer.

What am I supposed to do to package the presentation successfully?

Try repairing Office.
